Do my customers see the SaralTrack name?
Only if you want them to. With own branding turned on, the login page, app colours, alert emails and SMS all use your name. You choose whether to show "Powered by SaralTrack".
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a subdomain such as gps.yourcompany.in to us and it gets a secure certificate automatically.
What happens to unused tokens?
Tokens stay in your balance until you use them or transfer them to a dealer.
Can I set my own prices for customers?
Yes. You buy tokens or plans from us and charge your customers whatever you decide.
